Ladle Fabrication
HMC can fabricate ladles to the customer’s drawings and specifications. We are also very experienced in gear box repairs and replacement. In addition, we can repair existing ladles and provide refractory lining for with either castable refractory or fire bricks.
Repair and Refactory Lining
HMC produces ladle and core coatings. Our coatings promote ease of cleaning and extend the life of ladle refractories. Rhinokote LPX-600 and BRS-50 are excellent ladle coatings which greatly reduce the clean out time for a ladle and it can be easily applied by either spraying or brushing and has excellent suspension.
